Guia de Isora looks like a very ordinary Tenerifian town on the slopes high above the south-western coast, when you drive through. We stopped for a coffee and to look around and came upon a large tourist information office, complete with impressive art gallery. The guide told us that the prettiest part of the town was up behind the main road at the church square - and she was right.
Guia de Isora is not just the name of this town, but of the whole area, right down to the coast.
