Playa de Troyas is the main beach at Playa de las Americas, where there are actually a few beaches all joined together. All these beaches are backed by the resort, with a vast range of shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches are well served by lifeguards, showers and toilets and most have good access for wheelchairs and buggies.
This beach is central to the town and is fairly sheltered from strong winds, making it popular with sun-lovers and families.
